At MILLA MILLA, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please read our shipping and returns policy below for information on our shipping methods, delivery times, and return process.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping within Australia only via Australia Post. Please be aware, orders are collected and shipped out every Monday and Thursday.

Shipping Rates


Free standard shipping for all orders

Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your unique tracking number.

Damaged & Faulty Products

We take the utmost care to package our products carefully and safely to avoid any damages in transit. However, if your product arrives faulty or damaged after being in transport, please let us know within 14 days of receipt.

Please email hello@millamilla.co with your order number and images of the faulty or damaged product and we will issue a return of a replacement product for you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love with your MILLA MILLA scent. All online purchases of 50ml perfumes will receive a complimentary Discovery Set, so you are able to try your scent before you open your 50ml bottle.

If you are not completely happy with your chosen scent, or wish to choose another scent, you may return your product within 14 days of receipt.

Once we receive your return and verify that it is in new and unused condition, we will offer an exchange to equal value, or issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please email hello@millamilla.co and we will organise a prepaid return label to use when shipping the product back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or Discovery Set purchases.

Online orders made using a Discovery Set discount code will not receive additional samples inside and will not be refundable as we understand the samples from the Discovery Set have been tested and approved before redeeming the code for the 50ml purchase

Refunds

Once we have processed your return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@millamilla.co.
