Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. All online purchases will receive a 2ml sample vial to try the scent before opening the larger 50ml packaging/bottle. If you are not satisfied, you may return your 50ml product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange to equal value. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. The 2ml samples are not required to be returned and are yours to keep. Please contact us before returning any products to receive a return authorisation.
